Job summary

First Interstate Bank is seeking a Treasury Support Specialist II to provide technical and operational support for Treasury Management clients. You will assist with Online Banking, ACH/Wires, and other treasury services while coordinating with branches to resolve client inquiries.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, teamwork, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Training and growth opportunities are offered within the Treasury team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years related experience, training, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical and operational support to Treasury Management clients and branch personnel for Online Banking, ACH/Wires, Merchant Remote Deposit, Positive Pay, and other Treasury services.
• Responds to client inquiries and coordinates with Treasury personnel and branches to resolve issues.
• Supports development and implementation of new Treasury products, processes, and procedures; assists with system upgrades and conversions.
