Job summary

First Interstate Bank is seeking a Treasury Support Specialist II to provide technical and operational support for Treasury Management products, including Online Banking, ACH/Wires, and Positive Pay. You will train customers and collaborate with branch teams to ensure accurate processing and prompt issue resolution.

Requirements include a high school diploma and 1–3 years of related experience, along with strong customer service, communication, and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years related experience, training, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical and operational support to customers and branch personnel for Treasury products and services.
• Responds promptly to client inquiries regarding Treasury products.
• Assists with special projects, system upgrades, and conversions.
• Works closely with Treasury personnel and branch teams to resolve questions.”
