Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree in accounting, finance, business or similar field and 1-2 years of related experience.
• Strong ability to read, analyze and interpret financial reports and legal documents.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Independent judgment and ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic databases.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Lake Ridge Client Portfolio and respond to daily client requests for maintenance and new account/services.
• Provide Treasury Management support to external clients and internal teams in a diplomatic, responsive manner.
• Assist sales by preparing agreements and managing service implementations and related support.
• Input, review and maintain account analysis statements for products and services used.
• Provide onsite or remote training and implementation for Treasury Management clients as needed.
• Stay current on Treasury Management products and services within the bank and assist with reporting.
• Support CDARS/Insured Cash Sweep and annual ACH/RDC renewals; identify cross-sell opportunities.
