Job summary

Southern Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Customer Service Representative to service a portfolio of Treasury Management clients across multiple markets. The role requires deep knowledge of TM products including online banking, ACH, Remote Deposit, Lockbox, Positive Pay, and CDARS/ICS.

You will be the primary day-to-day contact for clients in your market and will identify cross-selling opportunities to support bank growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of customer-facing experience.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Completes all complex and urgent requests for clients within SLAs.
• Communicates effectively with internal and external customers on items and issues.
• Keeps clients informed of updates affecting day-to-day operations.
• Tracks client interactions for implementation and service reporting.
• Identifies cross-selling opportunities to support growth.
