Job summary

Vernovis is seeking a Business Service Center Advocate to support treasury management product inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance on system capabilities. This onsite role in Hamilton, OH requires handling inbound calls and delivering high service levels.

You will stay current on policies, escalate complex matters, and work with treasury management teams. Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of customer service and basic Word/Excel skills; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Customer Service experience
• Strong critical-thinking skills with ability to analyze information and determine resolution
• Basic knowledge of Word & Excel
• 1-3 years of Deposit Operations or Cash Management experience or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Prior banking experience preferred but not required
• Prior clerical/data entry experience preferred
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries relating to bank products and services.
• Research and resolve issues in a fast-paced, call-driven environment.
• Escalate complex requests to appropriate partners.
• Remain current on products, policies and procedures for the department.
• Educate clients on system capabilities and product usage.
• Handle high call volume, owning issues from start to finish.
