Calculated Hire is seeking a Treasury Management Support Representative to handle inbound calls from business clients and internal partners, troubleshoot Treasury Management products, and guide issues to resolution. This on-site role runs 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday, with a 6-month contract-to-hire potential.

The position emphasizes strong customer service, willingness to learn commercial banking, and the ability to work across multiple Treasury tools.

Qualificações

• 1+ year of customer service, client support, operations, or related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and comfort handling consistent inbound phone volume.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to learn multiple systems quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Handle a steady volume of inbound calls and inquiries from business clients and internal partners.
• Support Treasury Management products including Commercial Online Banking, Lockbox, Cash Vault, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, Wires, and ACH Origination.
• Research and resolve client issues using internal systems and documentation, owning each issue from first contact to resolution.
• Escalate complex issues to the right internal teams when needed.
• Educate clients and partners on product features, system functionality, and best practices.
• Document client interactions and resolutions accurately.
• Stay current on products, policies, procedures, and systems.
