Job summary

InnoSource in Chicago is seeking a Business Service Center Advocate to assist business clients with bank products and Treasury Management services. You will answer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and educate clients on system capabilities while delivering consistent, high-quality service.

The role emphasizes customer-first support, the ability to learn new systems, and collaboration with treasury officers and branch staff.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience: 1–3 years required.
• Experience with deposit operations or cash management preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) as alternative to deposit operations or cash management experience.
• Prior banking experience (preferred).
• Clerical or data entry experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from business clients and internal partners about bank products and services.
• Handle calls, answer questions, resolve concerns, and educate clients on system capabilities.
• Research accounts, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely solutions.
• Manage customer issues from start to finish with follow-up.
• Assist with Treasury Management products and services including Commercial Online Banking, Lock Box, Cash Vault, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, Wires, and ACH Origination.
• Stay informed on department products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Escalate requests requiring additional expertise per guidelines.
• Collaborate with team to achieve departmental goals.
