Calculated Hire is seeking a Treasury Management Support Representative to handle inbound calls from business clients and internal partners, troubleshoot Treasury Management products, and guide issues to resolution. This on-site role runs 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday, with a 6-month contract-to-hire potential.

The position emphasizes strong customer service, willingness to learn commercial banking, and the ability to work across multiple Treasury tools.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service, client support, operations, or related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and comfort handling consistent inbound phone volume.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to learn multiple systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Handle a steady volume of inbound calls and inquiries from business clients and internal partners.
• Support Treasury Management products including Commercial Online Banking, Lockbox, Cash Vault, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, Wires, and ACH Origination.
• Research and resolve client issues using internal systems and documentation, owning each issue from first contact to resolution.
• Escalate complex issues to the right internal teams when needed.
• Educate clients and partners on product features, system functionality, and best practices.
• Document client interactions and resolutions accurately.
• Stay current on products, policies, procedures, and systems.

Treasury Management Support Representative (Contract to Hire )

Location: Hamilton, OH

Work Arrangement: On-site; Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Reports to/Team Dynamic: Reports to the Business Service Center manager, you’ll be part of a client service team supporting business clients and internal partners

Pay Range: $20/per hour

About the Role:

Businesses rely on their bank’s treasury tools to get paid, move money, and protect their accounts, and when something goes wrong, they need a fast, knowledgeable answer. In this role you’ll be that answer. You’ll take inbound calls from commercial clients and internal partners, troubleshoot and resolve issues with Treasury Management products like Commercial Online Banking, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, Wires, and ACH Origination, and see each issue through to resolution. It’s a full-time, 6-month on-site contract with the possibility of extension or conversion. Banking experience is a plus but not required; strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn the commercial banking side of the business matter most.

What You’ll Do:

• Strong computer skills, the ability to learn multiple systems quickly, and basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Availability to work on-site Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Preferred

• Experience in banking, financial services, or credit cards, especially commercial banking, Treasury Management, cash management, or deposit operations
• Experience supporting business or commercial customers, or in a call center or operations setting; associate or bachelor’s degree
