Synovus Financial Corp in Nashville is seeking a Treasury Management Analyst to support onboarding and ongoing servicing of treasury management clients, including Online Banking, Remote Deposit, ACH, Wire Transfers, and Positive Pay.

You will collaborate with TM Advisors and Financial Advisors to ensure program success, provide training, resolve client issues, and help implement new services in line with policies.

Competenze

• : Minimum of 10 years' experience in financial services; minimum 5 years' treasury management experience (Account Analysis, ACH Lockbox, Online Banking, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit, Sweep, Wire Transfer)
• - Proficient in Microsoft Office and treasury operations; knowledge of bank products and services and regulatory requirements (Check 21, NACHA)
• - Strong analytical, interpersonal, and time-management skills; ability to work under pressure and prioritize daily tasks
• - Excellent client service skills; ability to train clients on features and services
• - Ability to collaborate with TM advisors, Financial Advisors, operations, and IT to ensure service delivery

• Support three-ring standard by ensuring live responses.
• Implement treasury management products per policies and procedures.
• Ensure pricing accuracy as services are added or changed.

• Train clients on system features and usage.
• Assist with limit increases per policy.
• Research and resolve client issues and root causes.
• Test new services and system features during upgrades.
• Support team with enrollments, calls, messages, and implementations.
• Build partnerships with TM advisors and support all sales activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve TM program success.
• Meet clients' business and personal financial needs and refer to related areas.
• Coach and develop team members; manage performance processes.
• Ensure compliance with policies, risk, and laws.
