Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Treasury Management Officer in Commercial & Investment Banking to generate new treasury management business and deepen client relationships in the Irvine market.

You will leverage deep treasury product knowledge to develop localized market strategies and collaborate with Bankers, Client Service, and Product teams to deliver integrated solutions. You will lead complex client reviews, raise innovative product ideas, and deliver market thought leadership through

Qualifications

• 6+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk process, overdraft management discipline, and pricing philosophy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, COI, and external consultants.
• Strong time management, organizational and planning skills.
• Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; top individual contributor.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding existing customer relationships.
• Create strategic dialogues around client-centric issues, benchmarking, opportunity quantification and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to provide integrated treasury solutions in a consultative framework.
• Lead business process reviews aligned to key client sales opportunities and engage industry solutions for complex reviews.
• Raise new solution ideas and partner with product stakeholders to reflect client perspective in product evolution.
• Deliver thought leadership to market on working capital solutions at roundtables, conferences, webinars, and media platforms.
• Manage the non-credit risk for customer portfolio and monitor profitability of all relationships.
