Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• 3+ years banking experience preferred including Commercial Bank experience and Treasury Management products/services.
• 3+ years client service experience preferred (phone and face to face).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (business style).
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to filter and analyze information/process to facilitate decision making and enhance client relationships.
• Ability to handle complex, high-pressure situations and adapt to change.
• Ability to solve problems and prioritize multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (OneNote, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Proactively manages a portfolio of top revenue-generating clients in Commercial Division.
• Leverages data analytics to improve client retention and revenue.
• Collaborates with Operations, Product, IT and Sales to optimize TM solutions.
• Manage escalations and provide guidance to junior advisors.
• Assist with implementation and onboarding of TM services.
• Assess viability of additional TM services and pursue opportunities.
