Job summary

Fifth Third Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Client Care Advisor II to manage a portfolio of high-revenue treasury clients in the Texas region. This role delivers strategic TM solutions, analyzes client data, and coordinates with Operations, Product, IT and Sales to optimize services while maintaining strong risk controls.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in banking and client service excellence, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
3+ years banking experience, Commercial Bank preferred.
3+ years client service experience (phone and face to face).
Excellent written and verbal communication; business style.

Responsibilities

Pro-actively manages a portfolio of top revenue clients as TM relationship ambassador; incident management and escalation.
Leverages TM data analytics daily to improve retention and deepen client relationships.
Collaborates with Operations, Product, IT and Sales to optimize TM solutions for clients.
Leads client communications and escalations; mentors junior Client Advisors as needed.
Manages risk and ensures timely, accurate documentation of client activities.
