Job summary

Fifth Third Bank is seeking a Treasury Management (TM) Client Care Advisor II to act as a portfolio manager and trusted advisor for our TM clients. You will own client relationships, oversee incident management, analytics, implementation, and coordinate with Operations, Product, IT and Sales to optimize the TM solution suite.

This role requires risk awareness, adherence to policies, and a commitment to delivering a best-in-class client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years banking experience preferred including Commercial Bank experience.
• 3+ years demonstrated client service experience preferred (phone and face to face).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (business style).
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.

Responsibilities

• Pro-actively manages a portfolio consisting of top 10% revenue generating clients in the Commercial Division, acting as TM relationship ambassador.
• Leverages TM data analytics daily to improve client retention and revenue.
• Drives behavior changes and adheres to procedures with leadership guidance.
• Manages escalations with little oversight.
• Trains and mentors newly on-boarded Client Advisors.
• Assess viability for additional TM services and bring opportunities to close or referral.
• Proactively manage critical client communications and TM relationship reviews.
• Monitor OSAT interviews and respond to client requests within SLA.
