Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years banking experience preferred including Commercial Bank experience.
• 3+ years demonstrated client service experience preferred (phone and face to face).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze information to facilitate decision making.
• Ability to cope with high pressure situations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manages a portfolio of top revenue-generating Commercial Division clients, acting as TM relationship ambassador.
• Leverages TM data analytics to improve client retention and revenue.
• Collaborates with Operations, Product, IT and Sales to optimize TM solutions.
• Manages client communications and risk by following policy and procedures.
• Supports implementation and onboarding of TM services.
• Mentors junior client advisors.
