• Proactively manages a portfolio of top 10% revenue clients in the Commercial Division.
• Serves as Treasury Management relationship ambassador for TM services.
• Leverages TM data analytics to improve client retention and revenue.
• Collaborates with Operations, Product, IT and Sales to optimize TM solutions.
• Mentors junior Client Advisors and manages escalations with limited oversight.
