Job summary

Prevail Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Coordinator to administer and enhance treasury management and electronic banking services for commercial customers. You will manage onboarding, system access, security permissions, and related documentation while coordinating training and ensuring regulatory compliance across ACH, remote deposit, and mobile platforms.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; related banking experience considered.
• Three years of banking experience preferred, with treasury management/electronic banking/retail or commercial banking support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Bank's SME for treasury management and electronic banking products and services.
• Lead onboarding and implementation for new and existing commercial customers.
• Provide operational guidance to Commercial and Retail Banking staff on treasury services.
• Coordinate training for Business Online Banking, ACH services, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, Mobile Banking, and related treasury products.
• Support treasury management growth through customer education and ongoing service.
