Job summary

GBANK is seeking a Treasury Management Coordinator to assist the SVP/Treasury Operations Manager with a full range of Treasury Management services and related activities. The role includes onboarding, documentation management, and client support for online banking and treasury products.

Responsibilities include annual reviews of ACH origination, remote deposit, and positive pay clients, as well as audits and daily system troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent; or 2 YEARS of related experience and/or training; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Extensive knowledge of ACH operations' procedures, electronic banking, and payroll services and products.
• Strong skills in personal computer including Excel and Word software, and terminal operation.
• Intermediate math skills sufficient to accurately balance accounts, locate errors, and count cash and negotiable instruments.
• Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with bank clients, employees, directors, shareholders, and regulators.
• Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions, interpret documents, understand procedures, write reports and correspondence, and speak clearly to customers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Delivers on customer service by example and participates in staff meetings and presentations.
• Provides assistance to sales team and clients for online banking and Treasury Management Services.
• Prepares documentation for Treasury Management Products (wires, ACH origination, Positive Pay, Lockbox, etc.).
• Performs system onboarding implementation and reviews for Treasury Management Services.
• Manages and records client documentation for Treasury Management Services and scans to folders.
• Performs daily maintenance and assists clients with troubleshooting for online banking and Treasury Management Systems.
• Gathers statements and transaction history for Annual Reviews of ACH Origination, Remote Deposit Capture, and Positive Pay clients.
• Assists in coordination and support of audits.
• Other duties as assigned.
