Job summary

First Community Bank is seeking a Treasury Services Support Specialist to assist internal and external customers with non-credit commercial products, including Digital Business Banking, ACH origination, and merchant services.

You will provide technical assistance, maintain records, and respond to inquiries by phone or email, while ensuring service levels and regulatory compliance. Some on-site client support may be required as part of implementations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of banking experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer records and archive documentation for Digital Business Banking, ACH origination, remote deposit capture, online wire transfers, Positive Pay, lockbox, and related Treasury/Commercial products.
• Provide customer service by phone or email for Digital Business Banking, Xpress Banking, and Bill Pay support.
• Meet service levels for setup and training; some on-site client visits may be required for implementations.
• Research problems and take corrective action while keeping Treasury Services management informed.
• Submit service tickets for increases and archive related inquiries and documentation.
• Offer information and assistance to customers, Treasury Services Representatives, and market staff to support total relationship management.
• Assist with fraud alert monitoring for ACH origination and online transfers.
• Understand and apply operational, internal, and regulatory procedures for Treasury Services and commercial products.
• Support market staff by ensuring reviews are completed and documentation is accurate and archived.
• Participate in special projects related to Commercial/Treasury Services or related initiatives.
• Complete training within the assigned timeframes.
• Support the bank’s mission, vision, and values in daily duties.
