Job summary

North Easton Savings Bank is seeking a Treasury Service Specialist to implement, support, and manage day-to-day treasury products for commercial clients. You will handle client requests and collaborate with Treasury Services, Business Banking Officers and internal teams to ensure accurate processing and timely service.

The role emphasizes monitoring activity reports, onboarding customers, training staff, and identifying cross-selling opportunities while maintaining compliance with bank policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and relevant work experience.
• 3-5 years banking experience with a minimum of 1 year of treasury services experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a competent and professional manner
• Proficient in Microsoft suite of products; knowledge of check system and core operating systems

Responsibilities

• Reviews treasury services activity reports for monitoring.
• Contacts ACH origination customers of rejected files and provides training.
• Provides new service onboarding and training for Treasury Management services.
• Provides product demonstrations to potential customers and conducts training for new/existing customers and internal teams.
• Identifies cross-selling opportunities with Treasury Management customers and makes recommendations.
• Maintains knowledge of Treasury Management policies and procedures and follows bank policies
