Responsibilities

• Handle in-bound customer service inquiries and support for Treasury Management products and services.
• Provide remote technical assistance and troubleshoot online banking issues.
• Complete new client onboarding and training related to Treasury Management.
• Assist with daily/monthly tasks and audit requirements within Treasury Management.
• Coordinate projects with internal teams or third-party vendors.
