JPMorgan Chase & Co. in St. Louis seeks a Treasury Management Officer to generate new treasury management business and deepen client relationships.

You will leverage deep product knowledge to craft a market-ready strategy and collaborate with Bankers, Client Service, Product Leadership and Implementation teams. You will lead revenue growth, engage senior clients with strategic dialogues, drive cross-functional solutioning, and deliver market thought leadership while managing portfolio

Formación

• 10+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Strong prospecting and negotiation skills to develop new business.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit, risk, overdraft management and pricing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to build client relationships with COIs and external partners.
• Solid time management and planning skills.
• Proven track record meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsabilidades

• Grow revenue by successfully prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding existing customer relationships.
• Create strategic dialogues around client-centric issues, benchmarking, opportunity quantification and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to provide integrated treasury solutions in a consultative framework.
• Lead business process reviews aligned to key client sales opportunities and engage industry solutions for complex reviews.
• Raise new solution ideas and partner with product stakeholders to represent client perspectives.
• Deliver thought leadership to the market at roundtables, conferences, webinars and media platforms.
• Manage the non-credit risk for customer portfolios and monitor profitability.
