Job summary

You will apply deep product knowledge to develop market strategies and collaborate with Bankers, Client Service, Product Leadership (Core Cash, Card and Commerce Solutions) and Implementation teams. The role emphasizes leading strategic client dialogues, delivering integrated treasury solutions, and maintaining profitability

Qualifications

• 6+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Proven track record of developing new business and meeting sales goals.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk process, overdraft management, and pricing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding existing client relationships.
• Create strategic dialogues around client-centric issues, benchmarking, opportunity quantification and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to provide integrated treasury solutions in a consultative framework.
• Lead business process reviews aligned to key client sales opportunities and engage solution specialists for complex reviews.
• Raise new solution ideas and partner with product stakeholders to represent client perspectives in development of complex products.
• Deliver thought leadership to the market, prospects and clients on working capital solutions at roundtables, conferences and webinars.
• Manage non-credit risk for the customer portfolio and monitor profitability of assigned relationships.
