Job summary

You will partner with Bankers, Client Service, Product Leadership and Implementation to develop market strategies and provide integrated cash management solutions, while managing risk and profitability. The role requires senior-level sales excellence and strategic client engagement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop relationships with clients, COIs and consulting partners.
• Strong time management, organizational and planning skills.
• History of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by sourcing new treasury management business and expanding current relationships.
• Lead strategic dialogues using client-focused metrics and industry benchmarks.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to provide integrated treasury solutions.
• Lead business process reviews and coordinate with product specialists for complex reviews.
• Propose new solutions and represent client needs in product development.
• Deliver market thought leadership through market events and media platforms.
• Manage non-credit risk and monitor profitability of client portfolios.
