Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Treasury Management, Commercial Banking, or related operations.
• 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Treasury Management Servicing associates and set service standards.
• Oversee day-to-day servicing of Treasury Management clients.
• Manage escalation handling, client inquiries, and SLAs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Relationship Managers, and Operations.
• Support onboarding, product support, and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with laws, bank policies, and risk controls.
