Job summary

Simmons Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Officer to drive revenue growth by acquiring new commercial relationships and expanding treasury services within existing client portfolios.

The role partners with Commercial Banking teams to design cash flow, payments, and fraud-mitigation solutions, managing the sales cycle from discovery to implementation. A strong pipeline and client relationships are essential.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business or Finance required or similar
• Experience in consultative sales and business development preferred
• Strong knowledge of treasury products and services
• Proven ability to analyze cash flow and payments processes

Responsibilities

• Solicit and maintain commercial treasury relationships with a focus on treasury products and core deposits growth
• Develop strategic calling plan to create treasury revenue opportunities
• Collaborate with Commercial Banking teams on joint sales calls and business development
• Provide training to banking partners on treasury solutions and best practices
• Build a robust pipeline to meet annual sales and revenue goals
• Assess client needs for cash management, payments, liquidity, and fraud prevention
• Prepare proposals and treasury solution recommendations; negotiate pricing within guidelines
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of treasury trends and payment technologies
• Conduct regular account reviews and support smooth sales-to-implementation transitions
• Ensure accurate activity and pipeline documentation
