Simmons Bank in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Treasury Management Officer to drive revenue growth by acquiring new commercial relationships and expanding treasury services within existing portfolios.

You will partner with Commercial Banking teams to deliver treasury solutions that improve cash flow, payments, fraud protection, and liquidity. The role focuses on building deep client relationships and guiding deals from discovery to implementation.

Competenze

• BS/BA in Business or Finance preferred.
• 3-7 years of applicable experience.
• Proven success in consultative sales and business development.

Mansioni

• Solicit and maintain commercial treasury management relationships with a focus on deposit growth.
• Develop a strategic calling plan to generate treasury revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with Commercial Banking managers on joint calls and business development.
• Provide training to banking partners as needed.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline to achieve sales and revenue goals.
• Conduct client needs assessments for cash management, payments, liquidity, and fraud opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver treasury solution proposals and negotiate pricing within guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and treasury best practices.
• Lead smooth transition from sales to implementation and onboarding.
