Simmons Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support for Treasury Management clients and internal partners. You will resolve service requests, troubleshoot product issues, and help clients use Treasury Management services including Online Banking, ACH, Wire, and Remote Deposit Capture.

The role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
  • 2–5 years of customer service, banking, or treasury management experience is desirable.
  • Experience supporting treasury management clients is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and referrals.
  • Troubleshoot treasury management product issues and resolve service requests.
  • Provide product training and education to clients to improve utilization and self-service.
  • Process client maintenance requests in line with procedures and security.
  • Escalate complex issues, outages, or fraud to the appropriate teams.
  • Maintain accurate support documentation in designated systems.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Fraud teams to resolve issues.
  • Stay updated on treasury products, policies, and system enhancements.
  • Meet service levels and quality standards.

The Treasury Management Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional support to Treasury Management clients and internal partners by resolving service requests, troubleshooting product issues, and supporting the ongoing use of Treasury Management services. This role serves as a key point of contact for clients utilizing Treasury Management products, including Online Banking, ACH, Wire Services, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, and other cash management solutions. The representative works closely with Treasury Management Officers, Implementation Specialists, Operations teams, and bankers to ensure timely resolution of client inquiries and deliver a high-quality customer experience. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining service level expectations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve Treasury Management client inquiries received through phone, email, and internal referrals.
  • Research and troubleshoot issues related to Treasury Management products and services.
  • Assist clients with Treasury Management product training and education to improve product utilization and self-service capabilities.
  • Process client maintenance requests in accordance with established procedures and security requirements.
  • Escalate complex issues, system outages, and fraud concerns through appropriate channels.
  • Maintain accurate support documentation and service records within designated systems.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Fraud, and other internal teams to facilitate issue resolution.
  • Maintain current knowledge of Treasury Management products, system enhancements, policies and procedures.
  • Meet established service level agreements and quality standards.

Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2-5 years of customer service, banking, or Treasury Management experience.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience supporting business banking or Treasury Management clients preferred.
Preferred Knowledge
  • Treasury Management products and services, including: ACH Origination Wire Transfer Services Remote Deposit Capture Positive Pay.
  • Knowledge of core banking and Treasury Management systems.
  • Familiarity with Jack Henry, Silverlake, Fiserv Commercial Center, or similar banking platforms is preferred.
