Job summary

Simmons Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Officer to drive revenue by acquiring new commercial relationships and expanding treasury services within existing portfolios. You will partner with Commercial Banking teams to tailor cash flow, payments, and fraud prevention solutions, helping clients optimize cash management and efficiency.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business or Finance preferred.
• Minimum 3–7 years of applicable experience.
• Proven success in consultative sales and business development.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and maintain commercial treasury management banking relationships.
• Develop strategic plans to generate treasury revenue within existing and new client bases.
• Collaborate with relationship managers on joint sales calls and business development.
• Provide training to banking partners as needed.
• Build a robust pipeline to meet annual sales and revenue goals.
• Assess client needs for cash management, payments, liquidity and fraud prevention.
• Prepare and present proposals and treasury solution recommendations.
• Negotiate pricing and service agreements within guidelines.
• Stay updated on industry trends and treasury best practices.
• Strengthen client relationships through regular reviews and strategy discussions.
• Ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline documentation.
