Job summary

Simmons Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Officer to drive revenue growth by adding new commercial clients and expanding treasury services in existing portfolios.

You will partner with Commercial Banking teams to deliver treasury solutions that improve cash flow, efficiency, and fraud prevention, while building a robust pipeline and guiding clients from discovery through implementation.

Qualifications

• Experience with treasury management products and services.
• Ability to analyze cash flow and optimize liquidity.
• Experience selling and implementing treasury solutions for commercial clients.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and grow commercial treasury relationships and core deposit base.
• Develop strategic calling plans to create treasury revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with banking teams on joint sales calls and onboarding.
