You will build and execute account plans, manage risk, and develop relationships with senior clients while guiding staff to deliver superior results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 8+ years of industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years of prior management experience.
• Experience in treasury management or financial services a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages and directs a team to achieve business results and customer experience goals.
• Leads and coordinates daily activities of team members in customer/prospect management.
• Manages risk/return and mitigates regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
• Develops senior relationships to acquire new clients and expand existing ones.
• Coaches and develops staff and links strategy to day-to-day activities.
