Job summary

Wheatland Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Sales and Service Manager to lead all Treasury Management sales and service staff and manage customer relationships across the bank's treasury offerings. You will drive growth, profitability, and client engagement while aligning with regulatory standards.

The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of cash management, RDC, and related products, with a focus on cross selling and training staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field plus five years related experience.
• Proven ability to successfully lead others and departments.
• Knowledge of Banking industry, policies, and industry regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures.
• Ability to present information clearly to customers, management, staff and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Grow department profitability and deposits through treasury management services.
• Prepare reports, planning strategies, and budget goals.
• Actively solicit business from prospective customers.
• Market treasury management products internally and externally.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Introduce and cross-sell bank products.
• Train staff in cash management product knowledge and business development.
