Job summary

Raymond James in New York seeks a Senior Treasury Management Sales Team Leader to drive growth and profitability within Family Office and Wealth Management segments. This player-coach will manage direct business development while leading a small team of Treasury Management professionals.

The role includes originating new Treasury Management relationships, deepening existing client engagements, building referral networks, and collaborating with Wealth Management partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
• CTP designation preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to work independently and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates mastery in Depository and Treasury Management products.
• Participates in joint and independent sales calls to recommend additional solutions and cross-sell products.
• Consults with deposit-centric clients by phone and in person to learn their business and industry trends.
• Assists in developing sales processes, procedures, and goals to improve team results.
• Oversees marketing collateral related to depository and Treasury Management products.
• Provides technical support for complex TM sales calling efforts.
• Effectively manages operational risk and compliance.
• Facilitates new processes, tools, communications and training for the bank’s success.
• Acts as a brand ambassador for TriState with every prospect.
