The role requires a minimum of three years in business development or financial services, with travel as needed and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associates degree in management, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years' business development, sales, or related financial services experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand deposits and treasury management relationships.
• Serve as primary contact for deposit and treasury management services.
• Collaborate with lines of business to schedule joint calls with prospects.
• Identify products and services and coordinate setup.
• Perform account analysis and advise pricing proposals.
• Manage income production and loss prevention.
• Provide training on treasury products to peers.
• Conduct relationship reviews to ensure pricing and cross-sell opportunities.
• Work with product team on industry trends and competition.
• Maintain accurate reporting metrics and proactively source prospects.
• Travel up to 20% as needed.
