Qualifications

Experience leading treasury management or commercial banking sales teams.
Ability to develop and execute strategic sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and manage Treasury Management Consultants to meet revenue goals.
Set performance expectations and ensure accountability for sales and service objectives.
Oversee onboarding, development, and succession planning for team members.
Drive Treasury Management sales strategies to grow client base and product penetration.
Partner with Relationship Managers and branch leaders to identify opportunities.
Develop strategic sales plans, including account planning and client presentations.
Monitor pipeline activity and report performance metrics to leadership.
