Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in Treasury Management, Cash Management, Commercial Banking, Business Banking, or related.
• Minimum of three years of leadership, sales management, or supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated success in treasury management sales and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage Treasury Management Consultants to meet revenue goals.
• Develop and execute Treasury Management sales strategies to drive growth and client penetration.
• Partner with Relationship Managers and branch leadership to identify opportunities and close deals.
• Oversee portfolio performance, client reviews, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Prepare reports and present updates to senior management.
