Job summary

Interra Credit Union in Fort Wayne, IN seeks an AVP/Treasury Management Officer to drive deposit growth, onboard business members, and deliver tailored Treasury solutions. You will manage a portfolio and coach partners to deepen member relationships across the territory.

You will collaborate with lenders and senior leadership to expand Treasury offerings, manage risk, and ensure regulatory compliance while pursuing aggressive growth targets.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years’ experience in Treasury Management Sales.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead conversations with C-suite executives to uncover needs.
• Manage a defined portfolio and grow deposits through Treasury products.
• Onboard new business members and expand branches within the territory.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on Treasury services.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations including BSA, Patriot Act, OFAC.
