Interra Credit Union is seeking a Vice President, Commercial Lender to manage a $50M–$75M loan portfolio and expand member relationships. You will assess income, collateral and risk while driving new business and treasury services growth.

You will lead, mentor, and collaborate with credit analysts and lenders to maintain compliance, deliver exceptional member service, and achieve cross-sell targets.

Competenze

• 7+ years commercial lending experience in finance.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Valid driver's license.

Mansioni

• Oversee a $50M–75M commercial loan portfolio with risk monitoring.
• Grow loan balances and cross-sell treasury services to members.
• Develop and expand relationships with centers of influence locally.
• Present loan opportunities and conduct member needs assessments.
• Mentor other lenders and collaborate with credit staff.
• Ensure compliance with laws and Interra policies.
