U.S. Bank is seeking a seasoned Treasury Management Sales professional to drive acquisition, expansion, and retention of payment-related business, including Merchant, Treasury Management and Card products.

You will prospect new clients, advise on cash conversion cycles, collaborate with bankers, and optimize client processes for growth. The role emphasizes outside sales, consultative service, and revenue achievement, with a hybrid schedule and in-office days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Five to seven years of Treasury Management sales experience.
• Proven sales, prospecting and new business development skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Treasury Management and Payments.
• Strong client service and relationship skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to teach customers how to use digital technology.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new business clients through outside sales and proactive prospecting.
• Consult with clients on cash conversion cycle and working capital.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to manage and expand client relationships.
• Analyze receivables and payables cycles for client relationships.
• Provide product/service recommendations to improve processes.
• Meet or exceed sales and retention goals.
