Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a results-driven Payments Sales professional to drive acquisition, expansion and retention of Merchant, Treasury Management and Card products.

You will contact clients to provide consultative advice on the cash conversion cycle and working capital, and work with Relationship Managers to structure accounts and grow revenue. The role emphasizes outside sales and proactive prospecting with a strong focus on new business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5–7 years of Treasury Management sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Outside sales and proactive prospecting to acquire new business.
• Advise clients on cash conversion cycle and working capital.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to service and grow existing client accounts.
• Analyze receivables/payables cycles for client relationships.
• Provide product/service recommendations to improve client processes.
• Meet or exceed sales and revenue goals and retention targets.
• Identify business development opportunities for U.S. Bank in the community.
