Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of Treasury Management Operations professionals.
• Oversee onboarding and implementation activities for Treasury Management clients.
• Ensure timely setup of Treasury Management products and services.
• Monitor workflow, staffing, and performance against service standards.
• Collaborate with Treasury Product on client education materials.
• Maintain policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide reporting to management on operations and metrics.
