Job summary

Busey Bank seeks a Treasury Management Support Specialist II to assist executives, relationship managers, and clients with treasury services. You will respond to inquiries, train users, and support system setup for treasury products.

The role requires strong communication, a solid grasp of treasury policies, and experience with banking operations to ensure accurate execution of services.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• 2+ years of bank operations experience with treasury focus preferred.
• Experience identifying customer needs to expand relationships.
• Strong PC skills across various operating systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to customers and associates via phone or email on treasury management services and deposit inquiries.
• Deliver training for treasury management services, including ACH, online wires, online banking, bill pay, and more.
• Complete system setup and maintenance for treasury products and services.
• Prepare customer documents required to maintain treasury management services and accounts.
• Assist business customers experiencing fraud on their accounts.
• Provide specialized line of business support.
• Maintain knowledge of treasury management regulations.
• Identify and resolve issues within assigned duties; escalate urgent matters.
• Participate in special projects as directed.
