U.S. Bank seeks an experienced Senior Implementation lead to guide onboarding and integration of Treasury Management products for top clients. You will drive cross-functional initiatives, mentor team members, and ensure seamless execution of complex projects.

You will act as a subject matter expert, partnering with Signature Coordinators, sales, operations, and risk to optimize client experience and revenue growth. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5-8 years of related Treasury Management, implementation, operations, project management or business analysis experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Treasury Management implementations and client initiatives.
• Develop project plans, milestones and risk assessments for large-scale programs.
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
