Job summary

Huntington is seeking an Area Service Manager for Specialized Receivables to lead Treasury Management Service & Onboarding teams delivering SafeCash, Integrated Receivables, and EBPP solutions for commercial clients.

You will partner with Sales, Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Technology to drive onboarding, servicing, and support excellence, while focusing on client experience and process improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in Treasury Management, Payments, cash management, or commercial banking with receivables solutions.
• 3+ years of leadership or management experience.
• 3+ years managing client onboarding, implementation, servicing, or support functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for onboarding, implementation, servicing, and support of SafeCash, Integrated Receivables, and EBPP.
• Direct day-to-day operations to ensure timely onboarding, servicing, and issue resolution.
• Foster a culture focused on delivering an extraordinary client experience with commercial clients and partners.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Technology to support growth and initiatives.
• Escalation point for complex client implementations and operational issues.
• Drive operational excellence via service levels, productivity, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Lead strategic initiatives, product rollouts, and process improvements.
• Identify opportunities to improve onboarding and servicing through automation and standardization.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Manage performance, development, coaching, and goal setting for team members.
• Collaborate with Product Management to provide feedback on enhancements.
• Plan resources, staffing, and workload distribution to meet changing demands.
• Prepare and deliver management reports and performance summaries to senior leadership.
