Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking an Area Service Manager, Specialized Receivables, to lead onboarding, implementation and servicing of Integrated Receivables for commercial clients, across SafeCash, EBPP and related Treasury Management solutions.

The role focuses on operational excellence, client satisfaction, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance and Technology to drive product adoption and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3+ years in Treasury Management, Payments, Cash Management, or commercial banking.
• 3+ years of leadership or management experience.
• 3+ years managing onboarding, implementation, or support functions.

Responsibilities

• Own Integrated Receivables onboarding, implementation, and servicing support.
• Provide leadership for SafeCash and EBPP onboarding, implementation, servicing, and support.
• Direct day-to-day operations to ensure timely, accurate client onboarding and service requests.
• Foster a culture delivering an extraordinary client experience with commercial clients and partners.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Technology to support growth.
• Escalate complex or high-risk client implementations and issues.
• Monitor service levels, productivity, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Lead strategic initiatives, product rollouts, processes improvements, system conversions.
• Identify onboarding and support improvements through automation and standardization.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Manage employee performance and development.
• Set performance expectations and department goals.
• Analyze trends and feedback to identify improvements.
• Provide feedback on product enhancements to stakeholders.
• Manage resource planning and workload distribution.
• Prepare management reporting and performance summaries.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
