Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking an Area Service Manager for Specialized Receivables to lead onboarding, implementation, and servicing of Integrated Receivables and related Treasury Management solutions.

You will oversee SafeCash, EBPP, and onboarding teams, driving client satisfaction and operational excellence while partnering with Sales, Product, and Operations to deliver scalable onboarding and support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; experience in Treasury Management, Payments, Cash Management or commercial banking preferred.
• Significant leadership or management experience.
• Experience managing client onboarding, implementation, servicing, or support functions.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own Integrated Receivables onboarding, implementation, and servicing support.
• Provide leadership for SafeCash and EBPP onboarding, implementation, servicing, and support teams.
• Direct day-to-day operations to ensure timely, accurate onboarding and high-quality service.
• Foster a culture focused on exceptional client experience and strong partner relationships.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Tech to support growth and initiatives.
