Job summary

Huntington is seeking an Area Service Manager, Specialized Receivables, to lead onboarding, implementation, and servicing for SafeCash, Integrated Receivables, and EBPP solutions in a dynamic Treasury Management environment.

You will partner with Sales, Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Technology to drive client satisfaction, operational excellence, and product expansion while developing teams and standardizing processes across specialized receivables offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years Treasury Management, Payments, Cash Management, or Commercial Banking experience in receivables solutions such as SafeCash, Integrated Receivables, EBPP, Lockbox, Remote Deposit Capture, Merchant Services, Integrated Payables, or related technologies.
• 3+ years of leadership or management experience.
• 3+ years experience managing client onboarding, implementation, servicing, or support functions.
• 3+ years experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for onboarding, implementation, servicing, and support of SafeCash, Integrated Receivables, and EBPP solutions.
• Direct day-to-day operations to ensure timely, accurate onboarding, servicing, and issue resolution.
• Foster a culture focused on delivering an extraordinary client experience and strengthen client relationships.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Technology to support growth and product expansion.
• Serve as escalation point for complex or high-risk client implementations and servicing issues.
• Monitor service levels, productivity, quality, and client satisfaction metrics to drive improvements.
• Lead strategic initiatives, product rollouts, process enhancements, and system changes.
• Identify automation and standardization opportunities to improve onboarding and servicing processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Manage performance and development of team members, including coaching and evaluations.
• Prepare and present management reporting and performance summaries to senior leadership.
