Job summary

Huntington National Bank seeks a Treasury Management Service Specialist I to support onboarding, maintenance, and day-to-day service for Business Banking and Commercial clients.

The role focuses on standard implementations, client adoption, and resolving routine issues while collaborating with Relationship Managers, Treasury Sales, Operations, and Product teams to ensure accurate implementations and a positive client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 4+ years of relevant experience may supplement.
• 1+ years of banking operations, treasury support, or related client service experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute standard onboarding, implementation, and product maintenance for Business Banking and Commercial clients.
• Coordinate onboarding activities including ACH files, Positive Pay, BAI reporting, standing transfer orders, and transmissions.
• Schedule and deliver client training on treasury platforms and workflows.
• Support account opening activities with identity verification and KYC/AML compliance.
• Raise non-standard requests to higher levels as appropriate.
• Maintain onboarding documentation and case notes.
• Provide timely communication with clients and internal partners.
