Job summary

Huntington National Bank seeks a Treasury Management Service Specialist II to deliver high-touch onboarding, implementation, and advanced service support for Business Banking and Commercial clients with complex treasury needs.

You will lead multi-entity implementations, mentor junior specialists, and partner closely with Relationship Managers and Treasury Sales to build depth across the treasury product suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of treasury management, banking operations, or related client implementation/service role.
• 3+ years with core treasury products (payments, receivables, electronic banking, depository).
• 3+ years leading implementations, resolving escalations, and working with clients/senior partners.
• 3+ years managing multiple onboarding projects and timelines.
• 3+ years project management and analytical experience.
• 3+ years MS Office experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding, implementation, and product maintenance for Business Banking and Commercial clients.
• Coordinate multi-entity implementations and centralized treasury models.
• Review entitlement structures, user roles, dual controls, ACH and wire limits, and approval workflows.
• Validate treasury management agreements and onboarding forms for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate ACH file formats, Positive Pay, BAI reporting, standing transfer orders, and transmissions.
• Support onboarding timelines spanning approvals and system integrations.
• Coordinate testing and cutover for ACH, wires, RDC, Positive Pay, and reporting.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews for stability and proper usage.
• Assist with opening checking/savings accounts with KYC/AML compliance.
