Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Service Specialist I to support onboarding, maintenance, and day-to-day service for Business Banking and Commercial clients. The role focuses on standard implementations, client adoption, and timely service while collaborating with Relationship Managers, Treasury Sales, Operations, and Product teams.

The position emphasizes adherence to policy, risk controls, and clear communication to ensure a positive client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years of relevant experience.
• 1+ years of experience in banking operations, treasury support, or related client service role.
• Experience supporting Business Banking or Commercial Banking clients (preferred).
• Familiarity with NACHA file formats and basic fraud prevention tools (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Execute standard treasury onboarding, implementation, and product maintenance for Business Banking and Commercial clients, including planning, quality review, testing, and go-live readiness.
• Coordinate implementation activities, including ACH files, Positive Pay, BAI reporting, standing transfer orders, and transmissions.
• Schedule, coordinate, and deliver client training on treasury platforms and workflows.
• Provide first-level support for core treasury management solutions and resolve routine issues within established procedures and SLAs.
• Identify higher-risk items and escalate to TM Service Specialist II or partners as appropriate.
