Job summary

PNC is seeking a Treasury Management Officer I in the in-office Treasury Management Sales organization, based in Troy, MI or Minneapolis, MN. This role focuses on relationship management, revenue growth, and product solutions for client needs within a supervised framework.

Responsibilities include acquiring and expanding client relationships, handling origination and documentation of non-credit products, managing risk, and leveraging internal networks to drive opportunities.

Qualifications

• University/college degree required with 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Certifications are often desired; military service or equivalent experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of treasury products and client risk considerations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with new and existing clients to grow sales, revenue and market share.
• Originate, analyze, negotiate and document non-credit products and services.
• Assess risk, ensure regulatory, reputational and operational controls.
• Develop opportunities through strategic dialogue and understanding client needs.
• Build internal/external networks to acquire or expand clients and enhance experience.
